This systematic research study examined the connection between customer experience dimensions and e- government success in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates (UAE). The organized utilized a descriptive cross sectional survey design with positivism philosophy. A sample of 382 participants out 108,825 target population was chosen employing table developed by Morgan & Krejcie (1970). Facts were gathered utilizing questionnaire, simple random sampling applying Descriptive Statistics Structural Equation Modeling using Smart Partial Least Squares (SPLS) Version 3.3.3 software to test hypotheses. inquiry findings came up significant correlation (comfort, security usability) at level 0.05.
